Week of 9/3

Destiny 2 (PS4/XB1): From the makers of the acclaimed hit game Destiny, comes the much-anticipated sequel. An action shooter that takes you on an epic journey across the solar system. Monster Hunter Stories (PS3/XB1): Prepare to embark on an RPG adventure unlike anything the Monster Hunter series has ever known. In Monster Hunter Stories, become a rider and bond with monsters to raise their potential and unleash powerful combos. Players can fly, swim and crash into new areas of the map; discover eggs to collect and hatch; and participate in turn-based battles with a party of up to five monsters. Monster Hunter Stories launches for Nintendo 3DS this fall.

Rayman Legends Definitive Edition (Switch): Rayman, winner of multiple artistic and musical achievements, is coming to Nintendo Switch with Rayman Legends Definitive Edition. This definitive edition contains the acclaimed game Rayman® Legends – 92 on Metacritic for Wii U – as well as new exclusive features. Michel Ancel, celebrated creator of Rayman®, is bringing his innovative creativity to this new and exciting platform, making full use of the power of Switch and its Joy-Con controllers.

Ys VIII – Lacrimosa of Dana (PS4/Vita): Ys returns with a brand new adventure for the first time in 8 years! Adol awakens shipwrecked and stranded on a cursed island. There, he and the other shipwrecked passengers he rescues form a village to challenge fearsome beasts and mysterious ruins on the isolated island. Amidst this, Adol begins to dream of a mysterious blue-haired maiden living in a unknown world.

PES 2018 Pro Evolution Soccer (PS4/XB1): Where Legends Are Made’ encapsulates the return of PES, with new features, modes and an unparalleled gameplay experience. Metroid – Samus Returns (3DS): Brave the hostile terrain of an alien planet teeming with vicious life forms as legendary bounty hunter Samus Aran. Her mission? Samus Aran’s arsenal has been enhanced with new moves and abilities that are sure to help her face the deadly surprises that await. Marvel vs Capcom – Infinite (PS4/XB1): The epic clash between two storied universes returns with Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, the next era of the highly revered action-fighting game series. Marvel and Capcom universes collide like never before as iconic characters team up for action-packed player-versus-player combat. Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite is currently in development and will simultaneously release on the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, and Windows PC worldwide on September 19, 2017.

Mary Skelter – Nightmares (Vita): Escape from the living prison JAIL in Mary Skelter: Nightmares for the PlayStation®Vita system.  The Nightmare monster actively stalks the player as you run through the dungeon, so you must use the dungeons’ gimmicks to impede its movements.  This dungeon RPG features a turn- based battle system that includes class change, a strategic blood-licking transform system, and a blood-rubbing system to power up your party.   As you solve the dungeons’ mysteries and satisfy the prison’s desires, you just might make it out alive.

Dangaronpa V3 – Killing Harmony (PS4/Vita): Welcome to a new world of Danganronpa , and prepare yourself for the biggest, most exhilarating episode yet. Set in a “psycho-cool” environment, a new cast of 16 characters find themselves kidnapped and imprisoned in a school. Inside, some will kill, some will die, and some will be punished. Reimagine what you thought high-stakes, fast-paced investigation was as you investigate twisted murder cases and condemn your new friends to death.

Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash (PS4): The ninja girls of SENRAN KAGURA are back for more in a whole new way, armed with water guns and all-new visual enhancements packed into a third-person splasher. Choose a team of five from the more than 30 girls available, outfit them with customizable weapons and abilities, lead them into lighthearted water gun battles against rival teams in a variety of 5-on-5 team-based combat arenas, or join your friends online and take on opposing teams. Blue Reflection (Vita): Blue Reflection takes place at Hoshinomiya Girls’ High School, where players assume the role of student Hinako Shirai. FIFA 18 (PS4/XB1/Switch): Attention to innovation in true-to-life action, new football worlds and character depth, Frostbite helps to further blur the lines between the virtual and real worlds.
